Is it possible to learn to read human's mind?

Sometimes you want to read human's thoughts. Has anyone heard where it is possible to learn it? I am sorry if this question is not related to the topic.

When we can do that we would also be doing TIME travel.
I have always stated that TIME travel is different percpetion. unlike SPACE travel, it is more intrinsic to the MIND than the MATTER. In essence something similar to what they depicted in the movie MATRIX.
