Sucahyo’s Charging Circuit what capacitor and inductor to use?

Hello, I try to make this Sucahyo’s Charging Circuit.

1. What inductor is used? It' specified as 1ohm
I see that original inductor was made from network UTP cable wire.
The diameter of such wire is 0.45-0.50mm

So I found this inductor here would i work.

2. What capacitor is used ? The circuit shows 1uF 3000V?
There is no such thing or it is very very big. Why 3000V?

I found this 1uF 1000VDC cap.

Would I need different cap?
