MSD DIS-2 Upgrade - 1998 Subaru Legacy GT 2.5 EJ25

Here is an upgrade to a multiple spark discharge unit called the DIS-2 for 4 cylinder wasted spark ignitions. I put this on to see if I can get the plasma ignition to work on it. It works on 2 sides but not the other, details here: http://www.energyscienceforum.com/showthread.php?t=689

can one use peaking capacitors on lost spark ignition with any success?
