Magnetic Wire

In regards to Magnetic Wire, I understand gauge. My question is there a specific type of magnetic wire to be purchased. In my research for purchasing the wire, I saw reference I believe for enameled and insulated. What am I to purchase.....? Never mentioned in the Handbook. or can you refer me to a link.. thanks for the advice

you use magnet wire made for winding electric motors. enameled wire is insulated, that is what the enamel is for. you should order solderable heavy coated enamel magnet wire in the correct gauge.
