Hello,
Which is the limit for pulse charging batteries in general?
I always charged my small 7 Amp/hour gell batteries to max 16 volts, but now I'm rejuvenating a 70 Amp/Hour free maintenance car Battery (Varta 12 V L3 720 A (En)), and so far, it's bubbling at 15,11 volts... How much can I charge this one?
For the record, I'm using a 7 filar Solid State using Patrick cap mode (actually, without the cap, only with a ultrafast diode from upper trigger to base of transistor), current draw from power supply is 1,32 Amp, and charging current is 0,84 Amp.
