They finally got my account fixed 
I am in NorthWest Michigan. I have set up an ssg but never seam to have the time to do the runs. Now I am on my second new battery, the first one had to go in the riding mower
On a different note: I know it is ok to break up the charge cycle if the run bat needs charging. What about the discharge cycle if you don't have time to wait for it? I actually had to break up the first discharge cycle over 3 times to get it fully discharged to 12.23
