Uploading files and file types? Where how what kind

Hi all,

I am trying to figure out how and where to add files. I see we can construct albums and do attachments. They are limited to bmp,gif,jpe,jpeg,jpe,and png......size limited to 620 X 280.

So do we just upload pictures of our test data and construction methods? Is there somthing else I am missing?
