Question about advancement on successful 20 runs

Hi all!
Well it seems that i finally have some result's , as i understand the advancement process has changed since moving from newsgroup to this forum.
I would like to know, if my upcoming advancement request will be valid, than is it possible to get a read access to the following newsgroups ?

I am interested in building a Bedini window energizer, is there any instructions how to build it (means parts list, tuning instruction) ?

There is no longer any advancement process. Everybody has access to all of the threads on this forum.

Sorry, but the old Yahoo forums have closed. Only people that were members of those forums when they closed have read only access to them.

For an introduction to the Window Motor, go to this page: MOTOR DIAGRAMS AND LAB NOTES and review drawings 4, 5, & 6. Drawings 4 & 5 are 1/2 versions of drawing 6 so start with them first before building the circuit in drawing 6.
