I just built a high voltage multiplier consisting of 3 stages of 2 20kv 470pf caps each and 3 15kv 100ma diodes each to handle input from 10kv 23ma Oil burner transformer. The schematic I followed came from a design for 6kv single pole OBT. I just added an extra diode to handle the extra voltage.
My question is, since I am using a type 619 OBT with 2 leads instead of 1 like his do I connect the other lead to the terminal labeled ground? From what I gather these OBT's are just like NST's right? This one being 10kv would mean each lead is 5kv?
I attached an image of the schematic
Thank you
