Thank you for starting this thread. Earthing and Grounding mean the same thing. It is simply being in physical contact with the Earth. The surface of the Earth resonates with natural, subtle energies that benefit us. Even short, bare foot walk early morning and in the evening on the dew covered lawn will positively affect the way we feel. Tried and tested since early childhood
