Toxic Load

Hi,
It seems that everything in our air, water, daily food supply, supplements, topicals, etc., are loaded with toxins.
e.g. radiation, heavy metals, cell RF, virus, etc.

The only thing I've found to detect this toxicity is called four-polarity QRA :

Please confirm validity and provide other VALID toxin detection aproaches.

Also, there are some natural defence mechanism in our body can reduce the toxic level of air and radiation. However, including four polarity QRA, you can use firm pressure and stress tapping QRA too.
