I have an interest in trying to restore an old Prius NiMH battery. Does anyone have any experience with NiMH restoration using radiant technology? BTW, the battery is 6.5AH and about 201v.

Yes i have, they respond well, you will need to split the pack into cells and treat each one individually. They build a crystalline structure inside them that shorts the battery out and they seem to charge then they discharge rapidly, you will need a strong current voltage pulse to clear the dendrites.
nicads seem to like being charged very quickly, they need to be stopped as soon as they start to produce heat, charging them is very endothermic, in a specific range.
